Toronto stood in for the city of Chicago in the sequel to the 2002 hit romantic comedy movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

The gymnasium in Humber College's A Building appears in the opening sequence where a volleyball game is taking place. The gym appears again when the Portokalos-Miller family sweeps in to overwhlem daught Paris (Elena Kampouris) during a college fair later in the film.
Alongside the Hollywood lineup, Humber College's own Humber Hawk made a cameo appearance, standing in for the mascot of the fictional school. Nick Moreau, a Humber alumni, wore the costume - his first time wearing his alma mater's mascot.
