Our aim is to create a space where everyone can feel welcome at the Lakeshore Grounds Interpretive Centre.

The Lakeshore Grounds Interpretive Centre is actively dedicated to creating a more accessible, user-friendly future. If you have any questions, feedback, or accessibility requests, please contact our Curator for support.

Visual Story

Visual Story

A Visual Story is a document that includes images, icons, and information in one place to help you prepare and access your experience of a building. This Visual Story access guide provides information about our spaces and directions on how to visit.

Inside, you will find details on how to prepare for your visit including accessibility, transportation, and navigation. You are welcome to engage with our interactive flip book, or download and print the document.

To interact with the flip book, click on the edge of the pages to navigate either forwards or backwards. Click the magnifying glass icon to zoom into pages or the box icon to enter into full screen. To turn off the page sound effects, select or de-select the speaker icon.

Please click here to find a visual story for access to Patterns & Parallels: The Great Imperative to Survive.

Download the Visual Story by clicking on the PDF icon.
